Lesson fee’s must be paid for in full, prior to the booking being accepted.  Should you require to move or cancel a lesson for any reason please provide at least 24hrs notice to your instructor (48hrs notice for intensive courses), failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee set at the standard lesson rate for that period.

Instructors reserve the right to re-arrange or cancel any or all lessons should he/she feel the pupil or driving
conditions are unfit for tuition.


STREETWISE Driving School cannot be held responsible for tests that may be cancelled or rearranged by the DSA. 


STREETWISE Driving School cannot be held responsible for the misuse of credit card payments made to the school,

it is solely the responsibility of the card holder to ensure correct and authorised payment has been made.  Refunds

for wrongful use of credit cards will be at the discretion of the school. 


STREETWISE Driving School reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any third party costs ensued by

the school.   


A disclaimer will be provided and a signature requested at the end of each lesson that has been paid by credit card.
